Alfred Nicholas Buck, Jr.

Alfred Nicholas Buck, Jr. on January 31, 2026 age 95, of Philadelphia, PA. Beloved husband of the late Mabel.  Dear father of Brian L. (Jessica) Buck of Deptford, NJ and Carolyn Buck Kull of Mantua, NJ. Cherished brother of Michael (the late Marie) Buck of South Phila. and the late Bobby (surviving spouse Jane) Buck.  He was a grandfather to ten, and had many nieces and nephews. Buddy of George Gouger. 

Al grew up (and passed away) in South Phila. He retired from Abraham Lincoln High.  He loved VWs and baseball and was a great pitcher for South Philly in the 1950/1960s.  He loved to tell jokes, do pranks, and give bracelets/stuffed animals to kids whenever he saw them.

Relatives and friends of the family will meet for his viewing and funeral on Friday morning, February 6th from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at the BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, 1300 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.  Funeral services will be conducted 11:00AM Friday in the funeral home. Entombment Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Cherry Hill.  In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions to a charity of Donor’s choice.
